Privacy and cookies

Last updated: 28 August 2026

This page explains what data Halili Group processes when you visit the site, how we use cookies, and what rights you have. There is no contact form: to reach us you use phone or WhatsApp.

Data controller

The controller is Halili Group, based in Cambiago, 20040 (MI), Metropolitan City of Milan. Contact: Egzon Halili. Phone: +39 351 888 8332. Email: egzon17@hotmail.it.

What data we process

We do not profile visitors and we do not use third-party analytics. We may process: technical browsing data (IP address, date and time, page requested) in server logs, for security and operation; data you send if you call us or write on WhatsApp; and the cookies described below.

Purposes and legal basis

Technical logs are processed on the legitimate interest of keeping the site working and secure. Necessary cookies are required for the service. Third-party cookies (Google Maps) run only with your consent. Phone and WhatsApp are used to answer your requests.

Necessary cookies

We store your cookie choice (in the browser and with a technical cookie) so the banner does not appear on every visit. The site may also use session cookies needed for the pages to work.

Third-party cookies

If you accept all cookies, the Contact page loads a Google Maps embed (Google Ireland Limited). Google may set its own cookies. Without consent the map is not loaded. You can change your choice at any time from Cookie settings in the footer.

WhatsApp

The WhatsApp button opens a Meta Platforms service. Use of WhatsApp is governed by Meta's privacy notice. Use it only if you accept those terms.

Retention

Server logs are kept for the time needed for security. The cookie preference lasts up to 12 months, or until you clear it from the browser. WhatsApp messages remain on the respective accounts according to that service's settings.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, within the limits of the law. Write or call the controller. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
